Frank Cottrell-Boyce
Frank Cottrell-Boyce is a celebrated children's author and screenwriter. He has written such books as "Millions," "Framed," and recently his novel "Cosmic." In 2004, Frank Cottrell-Boyce was awarded the prestigious Carnegie Medal for outstanding achievement in children's literature for writing "Millions."

Alan Gibbons
Alan Gibbons is an award-winning author living in Walton, here in Liverpool. Author of over seventy books and a million-selling writer, Alan tells stories to kids of all ages all over the UK and overseas, having visited seventy-four countries.​ Alan has won the televised Blue Peter Book Award ‘The Book I Couldn’t Put Down’ and nineteen other awards.

Daniel Riding
Daniel Riding is a children's author, poet and artist, who currently lives in Liverpool with his husband and two very demanding cats Raja and Oliver. When not writing and drinking copious amounts of tea, Daniel can often be found reading or generally doing something arty and creative.
Daniel is also a bookseller for Waterstones, which after writing is one of the best jobs in the world.

Susanne T Schroder
Susanne has worked in publishing since leaving Copenhagen 15 years ago. She likes children's books (a little bit more than ones meant for adults). Loves to wonder about things....like our amazing planet ... animals. Likes to ask why, and especially what if questions. She is presently working on the third in the Unlikely Heroes series, a set of Apps Freaky Facts Of The Solar System and on a series of rhyming riddles Guess Zoo that help toddlers discover who's who in the zoo.

Alice Hunter Morrison
Alice Morrison is an Adventurer, Author and TV Presenter, as well as a patron of the Bootle Children's Literary Festival.​ Alice has written 3 books about her travels across Morocco. Alice was born in Edinburgh but spent the first 8 years of her life roaming the mountains of Uganda. Alice continues to undertake challenges and break boundaries in her field, sharing her story with everyone along the way. Africa.

Jude Lennon
Jude Lennon is an author and storyteller from Liverpool. Moving from a career in teaching who loved writing to an author who loves storytelling.
Jude is a strong believer in the power of storytelling and allowing listeners to let their imaginations run free. Jude tells stories in Primary schools, festivals and community events and will be involved with Kingsley&Co.

Nick Jones
Nick Jones is an award-winning children’s author. His debut book Sarah’s Shadow won Best Picture Book in 2017 on the popular international book review website readersfavorite.com, and he has written several picture books since. He also owns independent children’s book publishers Full Media Ltd, a fast-growing company that prides itself on producing high-quality picture books that promote kindness, acceptance and self-confidence in young readers.

Emma Sandford
Emma Sandford is the award-winning children’s author of the Sumatran Trilogy, written in partnership with Rainforest Trust UK. The three books (The Problem with Poppy, What’s Troubling Tawny? and Hooray for Heidi!) deal with various issues that kids will encounter, such as body image, lack of self-confidence, past trauma and envy. As well as helping children overcome these difficulties, the books also raise awareness of endangered species in the rainforests.
£1 per book sale goes to Rainforest Trust UK, enabling animals to survive in their natural habitat.
